Delivery Limits
At this time, Deaf Service Center of Southwest Florida ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Deaf Service Center of Southwest Florida ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.Standard Delivery
All in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 10-14 business days from the day the order was entered. Notices of any back orders are sent immediately.Express Delivery
For an additional charge, we can deliver your order overnight via UPS Next Day Air®, within two days via UPS 2nd Day Air® or three days with 3 Day Select®. Other express delivery services can also be arranged. Call for a quote on rush delivery charges.Shipping Errors
Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of order. - Sales Tax
- Deaf Service Center of Southwest Florida charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the Florida sales tax rate of 6%. Tax is not charged for memberships and services.

30 Day Return Policy
- Our 30 day money-back guarantee means as much to us as it does to you. Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. However, if you need to return an item within 30 days, the product must be sent back in ORIGINAL “LIKE NEW” CONDITION packaged in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S BOX.
- When you receive your merchandise, please do not write on the product forms or packaging, fill out the warranty card, or damage the box or product in any way until you know that your product works and that you want to keep it. If you plan to return a purchase, pack the merchandise carefully and in original condition. Include any instruction manuals, warranty card, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box is unaltered.
- Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued. Items that are received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange, they will be eligible for repair only. For returns or exchanges and to request an RMA, please call 239-461-0334 (V) or 239-0438 (TTY).
- Items received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. In the event that 30 days have passed from the date of shipment, you are advised to follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions for repair service. The item must be in the original carton and in “like new” condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and RMA included, to receive a refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Special order purchases, opened videotapes, DVDs, computer disks and software are not refundable once opened unless defective. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:- Keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims cannot be made if packing materials are missing.
- Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS®, Postal Service, or other carrier).
- Do not ship the package back to Deaf Service Center unless directed by our staff; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
- Call Deaf Service Center to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please call Deaf Service Center for instructions on returning it for replacement. If you have any questions about products or orders, please call 239-461-0334 (V) or 239-0438 (TTY).Questions about Returns
